Ergonomic Related Services

*  Are your employees experiencing discomfort,
pain and injuries while doing their daily work tasks?

*  Is your injury rate increasing?

*  Is your absenteeism rate increasing?

*  Has your productivity declined because of worker
    injuries or
pain?

*  Are worker compensation claims increasing?

*  Are you interested in gaining control over the
    above mentioned concerns?

I offer a "pro-active" approach to solving these concerns through the
application of various ergonomic principles.  Ergonomics is the study of
people and how they complete their work tasks.  It is the assessment,
evaluation and modification of the bio-mechanics (motions and actions)
the individual worker uses to complete their work tasks.  In addition, the
workstations are assessed and evaluated.

Please review the following ergonomic related services that I can provide
for Office, Laboratory and Manufacturing personnel at your work site(s)
on all shifts.
I can:

*  Conduct an Ergonomic/Safety audit of your facility and make
recommendations for modifications and changes to workstations
    and work tasks.

*  Work with individual workers who unknowingly are using incorrect
bio-mechanics. I will observe, assess and make recommendations
to correct their incorrect motions in an effort to eliminate discomfort,
pain, potential injuries and improve worker productivity.

*  Identify equipment related ergonomic concerns in the facility.

*  Recommend the purchase of appropriate ergonomic (labor saving)
equipment such as lift tables, hand tools, etc.  Also, work with potential
vendors of ergonomic equipment to ascertain which equipment is best
    for the facility.

*  Conduct Office Ergonomics classes.

*  Video tape various employee work practices to be used as training
    tools with the  workers.

*  Modify the computer workstations so that the workers will be more
    efficient and comfortable while working.

*  Work with the Supervisors to expand their awareness of ergonomics
and how to apply these principles at the worksite.

*  Teach workers easy stretching exercises to use during the workday
    to relieve discomfort and pain.

*  Teach Back Safety classes.

*  Assist the Safety Manager and Safety Team with tasks that are related
    to Ergonomics and Safety.

*  Write specific Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) sheets for various work tasks.

*  Prepare Job Physical Demand analysis sheets for designated jobs.

*  Prepare and coordinate the company Personal Protection Equipment
   (PPEs) Program.

*  Provide other related programs and services as requested.
